Because of the use of it in Iran, and Iraq, they have taken the time to research the data, and the creation therein, it would seem that the use of Depleted Uranium by the Military is by all means a (WMD) Uranium Weapons. This Depleted Uranium has caused the death of many people in Iraq and Iran, also the United States Military Personal has brought this element home causing birth defects to their children.
It should also be noted that over 11000 US Military Solders have died from this Depleted Uranium in weapons. In the Gulf War, the news is coming out that over 400,000 American Troops have been exposed to this element, most are sick and will die.
They have took the time to pin point one of the areas exposed to this Military Snow, and it is close to the Dakota Badlands.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that is how real snow behaves. It has so much air in it that the water soaks into the available spaces...condensing and as all the air is removed, becomes ice or melts. Trust me, that's normal.

trust must be earned, I am from another world/country, I am x-Government, and i have turned against issues i see over 50 years ago.

 but I do offer creditable information it is up to you to trust in yourself to search for the truth.

I also found this issue very UN-believable, but as time went by, this guy set out to prove the data wrong or false, i am in support of the finds.

To help bring a better understanding, Cleaner War Zones, a Federal Military Project, was formatted by using low- contaminated (DU)<Fungal hyphae with crystal> this allows a environmental change to take place, the cold weather also help to remove  depleted uranium HG=(DU) / known as Weapons Grade Uranium f(U-235).
