Water fluoridation has been the subject of much controversy for years as many scientists and whistleblowers have claimed that it is a toxic chemical and harmful to humans.

Now an unprecedented lawsuit by the Fluoride Action Network is promising to put an end to water Fluoridation across the United States

Following neurotoxicity studies, a new petition has been served to the EPA which contains more than 2,500 pages of scientific reports that reveal the potential risks of fluoridated water has to the health of the human population.

The court will have to consider the Neurotoxicity of fluoride along with whether the population is at risk under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
