Obama's New Ebola Czar has said that the birth rate in Africa is too high. Sounds like he is one of the New World Order Globalist/Elites with their "Depopulation Agenda."

I posted an earlier document through www.birdflu666.wordpress.com (you can find it in my posts or their archives - validating that not only the RED CROSS , but also the NIH, Doctors Without Borders, the UN, the WHO were ALL there in Guinea with 3 separate VACCINATION PROGRAMS (such as Cholera, Diptheria and so on) under the "guise" of vaccinating Africans against these diseases - but in reality - they were injecting
Africans with Ebola using them as "guinea pigs - human lab rats. It was a two part program and when the Africans did not return for the second injection - which was the antidote for the first shot which was Ebola - it started the Ebola epidemic. Bill and Melinda Gates - of course were sponsoring this "human lab rat experiment. India is suing Bill Gates for illegal human testing of vaccines on the Indian people - Africa should also sue Bill Gates et. al.
