With all the heat on the Fed these days, this is a perfect way to make them seem like they are victims. The gov develops the plan, persuades the man foils the plan and are heroes. I read that the first plan had to do with attacking a high ranking gov official and it turned into the fed bombing plan. The FBI can now pursue Americans who disagree with the fed under this new boogeyman man they just created. If you don't tow the line and lick the Feds boots you will be no better than this newly fabricated terrorist.
