Property taxes
I was checking on some of the current news around Bismarck (I lived there for 30+ years) and came across http://www.empowerthetaxpayer.org/main/ .
After watching the videos on this yesM2 site, I hope ND DOES pass this measure! The only problem I would have is if out-of-state hunters or RE agents coming in and buying up land and complicating the original purpose of this amendment. I think that ALL states' taxpayers need to check it out and maybe keep it in mind for later, if this is not something they can do now -- I can see November from my house.

The little I know of the legislation it does sound good but, I'd like to read the Amendment. Surely they considered the concerns you noted, Iced, when framing this Amendment?
