Dr Andrew M. Lobczewski has left us excellent insight in his book Political Ponerolgy which explains this in secular terms and in great scientific and pathological detail, where he shares more on the percentages of any population and much more. Quoting him:

Andrzej Lobaczewski (1921–2007) ... Their work was a scientific study of a system of government they came to call pathocracy, in which individuals with personality disorders (especially psychopathy) occupy positions of power and influence. The result is a totalitarian system characterized by a government turned against its own people.

Understand. I don't subscribe to that theory. I don't put "politics" into psychology.

Illogical and impossible to achieve. Politics require a body politic which is comprised of men. Psychology is the science or study of the mental functions and/or state of the minds of men. So to achieve your goal you'd require men without minds. (never met one myself) ;)

This is I guess the Christian interpretation - God vs. Satan. I prefer Sitchin Scientology. We can agree upon facts, not religion.

As far as your 25-30% figure, the exact percentage of the public figures who work with the Ruler who are actually what is referred to as "Jews" is 6% of any populous, 

The point is the "13 mill Jews" in the world is about Judaic people. This is not "the Ruling Class". Those who believe that are heading for a nasty surprise because the ruling people is 4? times more numerous (50 mill). This is IMPORTANT.

I am not Christian. The interpretation is mine and I can express my discoveries and belief using Science if you prefer. The spiritual truths I am writing of are in fact supported by science and science is used to explain truths when theology lacks the terminology. I haven't the slightest idea of what you mean by my findings being 'God vs. Satan". 

I will say that for you or anyone to exclude any new findings or supportive material solely because they might manifest spiritually (religiously in your words) violates many scientific methods such as integrating observations of every kind and will render you unable to utilize the very techniques we use for investigating phenomena which is required without exception, to acquire new knowledge or to integrate findings into previously partial knowledge.

I disagree that the numbers in as far as headcounts have any importance. The power possessed by certain members of their ranks surpass that of millions of sleepers, true enough. This alone proves the numbers are irrelevant. I will add that the power exercised through two or more of our ranks is the same power that created every member of both armies and leave it at that. 

Also, this "class" is not a "Ruling class". They are slaves, and do not rule even their own bodies. Their father or Commander rules.

As far as whistle-blowers and best friends.. Please reference which whistle-blower you wrote of.

I can not use the youtube citations you provided as I do not subject myself to any of their videos unless prior confirmation has been made of its safety. In fact, I rarely view material in this format as most material of this nature is full of triggers used to manipulate viewers mental state, brain function, and causes behavioral modification. If you are unfamiliar with the CIA’s scientific intelligence division which operates programs such as MK Ultra and Project Paperclip, please do.  It is declassified intel, and the US government even issued a national apology for the programs while Bill Clinton was in office. At any rate, this leaves only your wiki and NYT citation. I have to point out that the NYT is owned by a Jew so the bias and obvious conflict of interest renders it useless. So that you see that I am willing to research your claim I will review the wiki citation but do be aware that wiki is not accepted as a credible source in most circles of researchers/truthers.

After reading several paragraphs of the article I read this: "On Sunday, June 13, 1971, the Times published the first of nine excerpts and commentaries on the 7,000 page collection." -wiki

This discredits the contents immediately. The Times has been owned and operated by Jews prior to the date of supposed release. Remember, we do not have a free press and NOTHING is printed in Times that has not been filtered first by our government which is totally controlled by "Jews" and has been since Eisenhower's administration at least. But this damning fact is not the only one, the global banking system is also owned by Jews, so they would have silenced his testimony on many counts. The fact that wiki claims that the very organizations the accused own was used to expose itself is a logical fallacy as well.

... or whichever name they hide under sheds light on their supernatural ability to maintain and accomplish a singular goal that has taken thousands of years. And their motivation to work tirelessly towards a goal they know full well they will not live to enjoy. 

I put everything about "the ruling class descending from Egypt" .. or before into a "Christian interpretation". A historical interpretation supports we have "Caucasian DNA" -> not Semitic/Christian/Jewish/Mysticism - but Paganism is the origin (Paganism <-> Satanism)

So far, you merely have stated that you disagreed with the identification of the "Jew" I have given yet have failed to enlighten me as to who you believe this "ruling class" to be so I lack the ability to comment on your above post. I'll need that before I can reply.
