Mara Verheyden-Hilliard, executive director of the PCJF, asked the agency to disclose “any documents or information pertaining to Federal coordination of, or advice or consultation regarding, the police response to the Occupy movement, protests or encampments.”
Released FBI documents reveal plans to assassinate OWS activists
Jason Leopold, an investigative journalist for Truth-Out, has obtained FBI documents - through the Freedom of Information Act - relating to Occupy Wall Street. Most of the pages in the documents are redacted, and show concerns of cyber threats against the financial sector. However, there are questions of assassination plots against Occupy activists in Houston, Texas. Because the documents have redactions, it is not clear who or what group was planning the assassinations.
On page 61, the section reads: “An identified [redacted] of October planned to engage in sniper attacks against protesters in Houston, Texas, if deemed necessary. An identified [redacted] had received intelligence that indicated the protesters in New York and Seattle planned similar protests in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas. [Redacted] planned to gather intelligence against the leaders of the protest groups and obtain photographs, then formulate a plan to kill the leadership via suppressed sniper rifles.”
The bottom of page 68 and the top of page 69 reads: “On October 13, 2011, writer sent via email an excerpt [redacted] regarding FBI Houston’s [redacted] to all IA’s, SSRA’s and SSA [redacted]. This [redacted] identified the exploitation of the Occupy Movement by [redacted] interested in developing a long-term plan to kill local Occupy leaders via sniper fire.” ragingchickenpress.org

mine goes directly to the CFR, 26 and 27. within the 26 IRC they are both there for a very good reason, to confuse everyone. alot dont know, the ATF is also a taxing agency, and also happens to be part of the IRS. the IRS enforces both CFR, 26, and 27. like 99% havent a clue as what the code of federal regulations is, let alone how they are applied! and of course there is the "commercial code" your talking about. its all fucking insane!

The commercial code covers it all. It's all commerce. Anyone with an oath is a Public Trustee. They are authorized to discharge, settle and close the accounting. That includes cops.(Policy Enforcers) The cops where I live have no clue as to who they actually are.
Have some fun with it. Go ask your DA for his license to practice law. He'll give you his BAR card. Tell him you don't want his fuckin' union card, you want his license. I did it. It's fun to watch those bastards squirm. They know they are liars and thieves. And, very unfortunately, cops support this system. If they did not, they wouldn't have a job.

This is what separates the man from the fiction. The creditors name (man/woman) is spelled in upper/lower case, the debtor is your ALL CAPS "Legal Person". I had an agency type up all my docs. It can get rather confusing. Especially if you're just starting out. The head guy of the agency I used got too old now to keep up with everything, but there are others who do it.

As the editor of Raging Chicken Press, I want to make clear that no one should assume from these documents that the FBI was planning assassinations. A careful read of the documents seem to suggest that the FBI was tracking some kind of plot to shoot Occupy “leaders.” The documents do not suggest that the FBI was behind this organization as a previous comment pointed out. We do not know definitively who was behind this plot, but principled action from this point should be for the FBI to make public its findings and its investigation. I am sorry that the headline for this article was ambiguous. It is not the intent of Raging Chicken Press to sensationalize reports. I would like to point out, however, that Jason Leopold deserves major props for getting access to these documents and making them public.

Sorry I have to disagree. That statement is way too simplistic. Government has a very broad definition and there are definitely some bad people that work in the government. But remember that just like any other "group" of people, there are "good" and "bad". It's too easy to forget that there are 100's of thousands of good people who have everyday jobs that happen to be working in government that have nothing to do with any sinister plot. In fact many of those people are in government because they believe in the constitution and "by and for the people". I think most are there because they want to make it a better world for their children. Just saying...

Impeaching, marching, voting, etc will not do anything. Since United States is a corporation, it can't be fixed. All we need to do is convince everyone to deny their US citizen/person status. Stop being a member of a foreign-owned, bankrupt corporation. Record a UCC-1 and stop supporting Corp US. If you want to go further, you can join the Republic that we had, until Corp US was legislated into existence and the Republic was vacated. The Republic has been reseated but there are still positions that need to be filled. Officials in the Republic have already talked to DHS, FBI, DOJ and maybe others I'm not aware of. They know who we are.
And to any cops out there---Do you support statutes? Or law. Statutes are corporation policy, not law. Would you give me a ticket for speeding, rolling through a stop sign, or a burned out light bulb when I'm not even a member of your corporation? Do you tell people that they would not be getting a ticket if they were not a member/subject of Corp US? Did you know that you are an agent of a foreign-owned, bankrupt corporation that has no standing in law?
