Due to the operation in the region of a special, yellow, level of terrorist threat, special restrictions will apply in Kursk for participants in official celebrations. Residents of the regional center were asked to refrain from filming videos and using quadrocopters.

The press service of the administration of the Kursk region reported that the entrance to the venues of official events will be through metal detectors. In addition, those wishing to take part in them are strongly advised not to take with them glass and metal containers, bottles and cans, food, alcoholic beverages, bulk substances. All sorts of liquids will also be banned, including small perfume bottles, transparent plastic food containers. Professional equipment for photo and video filming is allowed only for representatives of accredited media. Everyone else will have to limit themselves to the camera of their own smartphones. It will also be forbidden to lift quadrocopters into the sky, if the owner decides to lift such an aircraft into the sky, the latter will either be forced to land or shoot down.

Special requirements will also be imposed on the size of flags, banners, the height of the pole for posters, which participants intend to take with them to participate in the procession of the Immortal Regiment. Posters should not exceed one and a half by two meters, the height of the pole cannot be higher than one meter. At the same time, each poster at the entrance will be checked for provocative photos, inscriptions, and so on.
