Aren't we all going to face death at sometime? Are we then meant to preventively  detach ourselves from loved ones?

Sovereign hit the nail on the head. The dumbing down of America's school children was a plan hatched by the PTB and a few Skull and Bones members as documented by the daughter of a bonesman by the name of Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt.

Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt is an American freelance writer who served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education during the first term of U.S. President Ronald Reagan, and staff employee of the US State Department (South Africa, Belgium, South Korea).^[1][2][3] She was born circa 1930. Her father and grandfather were Yale University graduates and members of the Skull and Bones secret society.

She is known for writing the book The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America The book claims that changes gradually brought into the American public education system attempt to eliminate the influences of a child's parents (religion, morals, national patriotism), and mold the child into a member of the proletariat in preparation for a socialist-collectivist world of the future.^[3] She alleges that these changes originated from plans formulated primarily by the Andrew Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Education, Rockefeller General Education Board), and details what she says are the psychological methods used to implement and effect the changes.^[3]

In an interview^[2] concerning secret societies and the elite agenda she disclosed that in the early 1980s she had a chance to meet with Norman Dodd who had been the chief investigator for the United States House Select Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foun... commonly known as the B. Carroll Reece Committee. In the video she claims that Dodd discussed a 'network' of individuals including Carnegie who planned to bring about world peace by means of rapid changes in society. These change would be brought about by involving the populace in various wars and military conflicts. She further claimed that Dodd had discussions with Rowan Gaither, the president of the Ford Foundation in which he revealed that directives from the President of the United States compelled foundations related to the Ford Foundation to direct their funding into bringing about the merger of the USA with the Soviet Union.^[4][5][6]

Good point. A lot of this is surreptitiously being done as a control tactic. Making young children feel detached at such a tender age will have it's long term affects. It will help destroy "unity" in adulthood.

Yea, they want to create a hive mind of group thinkers. This is hardcore behavioral modification. You'd think the teachers would know better. I didn't like most of my teachers growing up -- I think most that wake up to the world quickly have always had good instincts. The person you have to continually educate and spoon feed to wake up has been robbed of a major facet of their intuition.

We can counter this game. If the parents are smart, they will teach their young that it's ok for them to welcome all forms of friendship. And it would also be wise for them build their kid's confidence in all aspects of life. *This includes their ability to mold the world as they see fit through combined effort.

Yep, the parents and the teachers need to stop playin' around. I see more teachers sitting at the bar when I'm out it's f*ckin' ridiculous. Our society is very apathetic and immature. Guess it's just like children, they won't grow up til their out on their own -- out on the streets homeless, without a job, a functioning currency, food to eat, or a diaper to spare when the shtf and the economy goes kerplunk.

Right. The reality of survival comes later-on as they come of age. Until then (and this is important), we have an obligation to inform our children that their generation will have to fight tooth & nail to gain the freedoms' lost to them that we got to enjoy. Otherwise, freedom that is never experienced, will become freedom lost forever. This is the long-term goal of the NWO. They love to mold society in small increments (subtle) so as not to overturn the applecart along the way.
