Smoke a Joint, Get an ObamaPass, Sell a Gun to a Joint Smoker, Go To Jail
The proposed Leahy gun control bill is poorly written and contains provisions that create "prohibited persons", including Veterans and pot smokers (any illegal substance). "Phobited persons" can't own a gun and any one selling such a 'person' a gun would be committing a crime. More government databases of information and tracking people. States will be burdened with data compliance. Move goverment and more government spending.
