A fifth teacher has been accused of sexual misconduct at an embattled Brooklyn high school known for a string of sex abuse claims over the past six years.

Robert Cain, a-38-year-old special education teacher at James Madison High School in New York is alleged to have seduced a teenage girl in his 'participation in government' class.

The married father is alleged to have had sex with the student every day for two months, making him the fifth teacher at the school who has been accused of sexual misconduct.

Cain allegedly had sex with the teen in his school office and a sixth-floor room before taking her to a hotel where he photographed their session. 

The sordid details of the teacher's actions are laid bare in a report by Richard Condon, the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools.

The report, obtained by The New York Post, claims that Cain met the girl in 2013 in class and struck up a conversation, made jokes and talked about class and his home life.
