Tac-marks (The Quadrant Sign Code of the New World Order)

This particular subject about the tac-marks (the reflective stickers on the back of highway signs) is hard to come by, even online. I searched around for quite some time and finally came across a few pages. There was one website that was dedicated to exposing the tac-marks, but for "reasons beyond their control", they had to shut it down. No surprise huh? I haven't seen ANY bulletins or blogs posted on this subject matter, so I just might be the first. We should start posting more bulletins on this from now on. Seriously. FEMA is definitely involved with this. There are two books in particular that investigate tac-marks very thoroughly, and that is: "Black Helicopters; Strikeforce For The New World Order", and "Black Helicopters II; The Endgame Strategy" both written by the late Jim Keith. I HIGHLY recommend reading those books. I'm gonna post a few links below to the pages that I came across. Just copy and paste and have a look for yourself.
