The "Origins" of "Free Stuff From Democrats - or "Buying People's Votes"

1.  Before Lyndon B. Johnson  passed the "Welfare Reform    Act" in the 60's, Black America voted Conservative.

2.  Martin Luther King was a Republican.

But Democrats found out that if they promise "free stuff" to people, they can BUY THEIR VOTES with tax dollars paid by all the working stiffs in America.  Unfortunately - it worked.
