Many people would love to have a garden but are at a loss for available yard space, here's a possible remedy you might try, although you have little land, there are people that just have to much and they cant easily take care of it, you can post in barter on Craigslist that your willing to keep up the maintenance of a large yard, cutting the grass, weed eating, etc... in exchange for being able to use some of the space for a garden or greenhouse, this can also be done by contacting business owners that have a possible unused lot and they would be willing to let you use it for maintenance around their business in exchange.
