Tom Bearden is a fraud. He has bilked investors of millions in his non-existent MEG free energy machine. Dozens of people tried to replicate it from his patent. None worked.
His degrees come from a diploma mill. You too can have a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics just like him with a credit card and mailing address.
He has never shown the references for his claims about the Soviet super weapons. Never shown how to construct a scalar wave transmitter. The scalar wave receiver he outlined picks up ordinary radio waves because of the holes in the side.
Google "Tom Bearden Fraud" or "Tom Bearden Hoax". See for yourself. Its all quackery from a scamming nut case.
