This is how this whole incident went down. There was two under cover police that came in the store which I work "where my husband is the asst manager" and detained,padded down and arrested a young man in front of all the customers who became alarmed to what just happened in front of them while shopping. "Keep in mind these under cover police never said a word to the manager or asst manager that they were about to arrest and make a big scene in the store in front of all of our customers." After the under cover police arrested the man and left the store, customers were asking what was going on and a few others said their are a bunch of under cover police and sheriff deputies behind the store. So I went to see what has going on behind my place of employment, I walked to the public sidewalk behind the store to observe the situation, when officer Acosta "lavaca policeman" and on some kind of drug task force team ,which allows him to police out of his jurisdiction,approached me by crossing the side of the street where he was serving a warrant, marched over to me with attitude and pointing his finger demanding I.D using fear and intimation to try and get me to provide him my I.D. and with the same attitude that I was being givin and spoken to I answered I don't have to show you anything.  Officer Acosta  ever I.D. Himself as a police officer at anytime. In the video you will see the end of the confrontation where sheriff deputy decker jump in to help Acosta to detain me for not showing I.D. My husband got there to film the very end of this situation, where another under cover police officer asked him for his I.D. On the same side of the road on the public sidewalk just as I was. In the video you will here the under cover police say I crossed over the road, which you will hear me say no I didn't don't until you dragged me across the road. In the police it states that officer Acosta approached me, never saying that I crossed the road, which their dash cam can prove. So for observing on my side of the street on the sidewalk I was arrested for obstruction of government operations. The moral of the story is that I was out of any Police activities way, being that I'm a free law abiding american citizen  I have the right to observe any public servant. But since this is not America anymore I was unlawfully arrested and assaulted all because I didn't show my I.D. Which I was never charged for, either was my husband.  

As for anyone working in a law enforcement / security capacity, you should not be allowed to enforce the law if you do not know the law. And if you are making arrests under false pretenses, you should be dismissed immediately and held accountable for your actions.

In order to detain an person and demand their ID, police need to have reasonable suspicion that criminal activity is taking place. Which there was none what so ever.
