To Whom It May Concern:

Right after the levees broke in New Orleans during Katrina, the people responsible for building them - the Army Corps of Engineers - blamed just about everyone except themselves.

The Corps blamed the size of the storm, the low-lying land of the city, the Louisiana politicians, and the Orleans Levee Board.

Even now, at the Army Corps’ most recent town hall meeting, they're still at it, trying to pass the buck for the failure of their levees in 2005.

Don't let the Corps get away with it.
