This video is from the archives and plainly shows that biological weapons are the best defense any military has against it's enemies. Are we just fortunate that we have not had to face the "Germ Bomb"as of yet ? Or are the ones who run our countries not convinced they wouldn't be affected by their frankenstein creations??
