MEXICO CITY (AP) — More than 54,000 Mexicans have signed a petition calling on the United States to take further steps to combat weapons trafficking.

Mexico says the majority of guns used by the country's violent drug cartels are smuggled over the border from the United States.

Mexico's best-known anti-violence activist and a prominent intellectual presented the petition at the U.S. embassy Monday.

Activist Javier Sicilia said "The United States is partly responsible for our humanitarian tragedy."

Many Mexicans have been amazed by the media's portrayal of Javier Sicilia both as a "prominent intellectual" - actually a mediocre poet no one had heard about that so far has lived off government sponsored scholarships- and as "best-known anti-violence activist", when he has only led ONE demonstration after his son died executed by Cartel members, probably an Agent sponsored by the same Agency pushing this agenda...

Because most Mexicans keep guns in spite of "strict control" laws .  Hoy en dia todo el mundo cargo una pistola!

he is partly right, the united states is not responsible for gun trafficking,

Obama the gun smuggler is, He calls all the shots, lay the problem at his feet and remove this scumbag, Mexico isn't the only country he is supplying, He is the Muslim Brotherhoods supplier and ALCIADA'S Supplier.
