DISCLAIMER
LEGAL
All buyers must prove they are of lawful age (18) to purchase ammunition. All buyers will certify they are otherwise legally able to purchase ammunition and not subject to any legal actions public or private that would otherwise preclude them from making an ammunition purchase. We do not sell or ship outside the United States. We are not an FFL holder. Ammunition has been inspected and certified to be free of manufacturer defects and in 100% working order but is sold on an “as is” basis. Nothing within this document shall construe or represent any warranty of any type. The pictures on the cover page are the actual products being offered.
PERSONAL (PART HUMOR – PART TRUTH) IF THIS OFFENDS YOU, THEN THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU.
If you do not like the sport of shooting, guns in general, ammunition, the use of either of the previous in a safe and responsible manner, do not support the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution in its entirety, do not believe in capitalism, wear tinfoil on your head to fend off the telepathic abilities of alien invaders, do not believe that there is only one God and that we are all subject to His divine authority, abuse women, children, or animals, are afraid of spiders, cannot rub your head and pat your belly simultaneously, do not love the Great State of Texas (or at least concede that Texas is the Greatest State in the Union), have a proclivity to exhibit road rage, sold all of your belongings prior to December 21st, 2012 in preparation for ascendance and the end of the world, or are just a plain outright incompetent and mentally unstable individual – STOP! DO NOT READ FURTHER. Immediately crumple up each individual page of this document and unroll it multiple times so that it doesn’t scratch your rear-end when you use it for toilet paper. Otherwise, please continue!

THE CHALLENGE
Ammunition is not readily available in quantities sufficient to satisfy even “normal” demand, much less the current demand. The current political climate has further increased demand (panic buying) as a result of the government’s veiled attempts at regulating the gun market by controlling the supply of ammunition or the raw materials to manufacture ammunition. Belief in a conspiracy theory is not required to independently ascertain the effects of the government’s multiple purchases of available ammunition and reloading supplies and the effects it is having on the entire firearms industry. What was once thought to be a short-lived repeat of the 1999 “ammo scare” is now turning into a more permanent issue as gun control debates rage on in the US Congress and Senate and within multiple State Legislative bodies. Industry insiders and experts all agree; the shortage is here to stay, at least for the next 18-24 months.
THE SOLUTION
Simple, find a foreign source that can provide quality product in sufficient quantities and at a price-point acceptable to the target market; we have done that at BTFT.
THE OPPORTUNITY
345,000 rounds of ammunition has been sourced and is prepared for import to the United States at well below retail market value. A group of individuals (a co-op) can take advantage of this turn-key bulk purchase. Additionally, up to 5MM rounds of various calibers have been sourced and the import process has already started. We will soon have more 9mm, .45, 7.62x25, 7.62x39, 7.62x51/.308, .223/5.56x45, and others!
AMMUNITION IS A COMMODITY
Ammunition is produced from semi –precious metals, and base metals, which are commodities themselves, and subject to daily price fluctuation (or now, manipulation). So, when you purchase ammo, whether you are conscious of it or not, you are actually making a commodities purchase in metals. Yes, ammo is a finished product with a very specific end use, but metal it is. Ammunition manufacturers are always hedging future price increases for the vital raw materials and commodities that are necessary to produce loaded cartridges and cartridge components. Does this mean that every time ammo prices go up, it has something to do with a rise in copper, brass, lead, or zinc? Not necessarily, but rising commodities prices do correlate to higher ammo prices. Spikes in demand, shortages of finished products, shortages of vital raw materials, or interruptions in the industry supply chain to the consumer market, are all reasons for which ammo manufacturers can, and will raise prices.
One thing that we can all agree on is that commodity prices will increase dramatically over the next several years and beyond. As these commodity prices increase, the prices of ammo will also eventually increase.
CURRENT STATE OF AFFAIRS IN THE AMMUNITION INDUSTRY
It is no secret that our current Administration is attempting to significantly reduce or do away with our second amendment rights; will this happen overnight? Probably not; however, some version of legislation that restricts the ability to sell, own, or purchase weapons or ammunition will get passed, with or without the public’s knowledge. This has created a “fear factor” amongst current and future gun owners and has consequently contributed to a mass shortage of specific ammunitions. The shortage is compounded by the massive orders placed by the USG causing US manufacturers to fall behind in their order shipment and delivery to their normal distribution channels. Normal production is purported to resume in Q3 2013; however, excessive back orders will continue to make availability extremely limited until around Q4, if then. This provides an excellent window of opportunity to import quality ammunition at reasonable prices and make the products available for immediate distribution thereby satiating the immediate demand for ammunition. FYI – the ammunition you may see in the retail stores today was ordered over one year ago and it has taken this long to fulfill a contractual obligation; this is not new production ammo!
Artificial or not, the opportunity to capitalize on the ammunition shortage is very real and very profitable if acted upon now. The results of our due diligence has verified that many ammunition manufacturers, both foreign and domestic, are operating at full capacity fulfilling orders placed by government entities and do not expect to fulfill orders for the civilian market until late Q3 CY 2013. However, we have secured 345,000 rounds of quality ammunition at very reasonable prices and to legally import them for personal consumption and resale.
We have approval from the US Department of Justice (BATF) to import up to 5MM rounds of in various calibers. The ammunition is currently awaiting shipment in a bonded warehouse in Durban, South Africa and is certified by government documentation and verified by a bonded independent third party to be exactly what is herein represented.
Insurance has been obtained and will be in force to protect the ammunition during transit and to protect against loss upon arrival to the United States due to human error in paperwork, force majeure, bureaucratic or government actions, new regulations; etc.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY PURCHASE IS SECURE?
A: During transit, the ammunition is covered by an insurance policy. If, for any reason, the ammunition becomes unavailable, a full refund less a 15% management fee (this covers the cost of the insurance deductible), will be provided.
2. Q: WHEN WILL THE AMMUNITION ARRIVE?
A: There are several factors that will determine when the ammunition will arrive: weather, bureaucratic process at port of departure and port of entry, alignment of the stars, reinvention of the wheel, the Second Coming, etc. Seriously, we expect the ammunition to be available no later than 01 June 2013 but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. This is a small price to pay considering you are guaranteed to obtain ammunition at very low prices thus guaranteeing your security.
3. Q: HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE MARKET WILL RETURN TO NORMAL AND REFLECT PRE “SCARE” PRICES BY THE TIME THE AMMUNITION ARRIVES?
A: We hope the market does soften and return to normal; however, we know it won’t. Assuming that by some miracle it does you are still going to come out on top because this pricing is still below the pre “scare” pricing. In fact, our official opinion is that when the ammunition does arrive, you will be one of the lucky few who actually do have ammunition. Think of it this way, it is a matter of conditioning, remember when prior to the current administration that gas prices were around $1.80/gallon? And then they crept up, then decreased slightly and the people were happy because they weren’t paying $2.50 per gallon; they were only paying $2.30 per gallon. Then it increased again to $3.00 per gallon, and then went back down….and so on and so on. Get the picture?
4. Q: ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS INVOLVED?
A: Because we are offering this ammo at cost, you will be responsible for shipping to your location from our location in Texas.
5. Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PURCHASE/MONEY IF THE GOVERNMENT ENACTS REGULATIONS THAT PROHIBIT THE IMPORT BEFORE THE AMMUNITION ARRIVES?
A: See # 1 above; specifically “insurance”.
6. Q: WHY WOULD I PRE-PURCHASE THIS AMMO WHEN I CAN GO TO THE STORE OR AN ONLINE AUCTION AND BUY IT FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE?
A: Please refer to the Personal Disclaimer at the beginning of this document. If you want to go to your big box retailer of choice only to find they do not have the ammo or to find out all they have is the “premium” version at $30 for 20 rounds, then by all means. Knock yourself out. By the time you realize you made a mistake this opportunity will be long gone and the next round, if there is one, will probably cost you twice as much. As far as online auctions go take your chances; the average cost for 5.56 ranges from $850-$1000 per 1000 rounds. And this is stuff that was purchased years ago at $.50/round. Not to mention, much of it is steel cased ammo manufactured in former Eastern Bloc Nations. That stuff is great for their platforms, but fire it in a US made platform and after about 10 rounds you will wish you had brass.
7. Q: EXPLAIN THE PURCHASE PROCESS FROM BEGINNING TO END, WHERE IS MY MONEY IN THE INTERIM?
A: Step 1 – Choose a caliber and quantity and place it in your basket.
Step 2 – Submit payment. We accept ACH, e-check, debit card, wire transfers, personal checks, and cashier’s checks.
Step 3 – Make sure to provide a valid e-mail address during your account registration so we can communicate with you. Expect e-mail updates to the status of the ammunition.
Step 4 – Once the ammunition arrives we will notify you and immediately initiate shipment.
