Cop cars to be replaced with drones by 2025

Law enforcement agencies across the US are lining up to be among the first to use drones to serve and protect, but unmanned vehicles are likely to replace the traditional cop cruiser in just a few short years.

In places like California, Texas and Washington State, police officers in recent weeks have intensified their demands for surveillance drones, a necessary addition they say to their arsenal of tools to help thwart crime. The Federal Aviation Administration has yet to finalize plans to put drones in US airspace, but by the end of the decade as many as 30,000 UAVs are expected to be soaring through the sky.

By 2025, those drones are predicted to take the place of the police patrol car as unmanned vehicles operated by cops are being considered a likely inclusion on our roads of tomorrow.

Why don't we take the initiative? No one else will. It was the Freedom Riders that kick started the Civil Rights Movement and the Lincoln Brigade that first confronted Fascism. Like Spain in the '30's, it is Iran that that is facing fascist expansion alone. There in no international Lincoln Brigade this time. There was the freedom fleet that tried several times to break Israel's blockade. That was commendable. Thanks largely to Turkey. It is difficult to figure out just who the rebels are in Syria, but nevertheless my heart goes out to them. It only takes a spark to set off an explosion.

Yeah this gives them a reason to bring these robots so they can fly all over the place and evaesdrop on conversations and get new footage they could not get with a police cruiser This will make our rights to freedom of speech being flushed down the toilet.

And I bet federal agencies like the FCC will have radio/tv detection drones too for eavesdropping on communications that is hard for them to intercept and all they have to do is use the internet against pirate radio broadcasters to listen to their part 15 radio station via web software defined radio in a private sector. Which means you run a radio station on FM that will bring the drones to fly around a apartment building complex and use the RF spectrum analyzer to detect FM, AM, LW and Shortwave broadcasts. And I bet the police will work with them installing secret software defined radio chips to detect any type of communications while aboard finding something to start problems.

I can see a school bus loaded with happy children being machine gunned by a drone because they did not think Janet the molester is 'sexy' and are poking fun at her.
