I love Seattle, but it is the worst place for enjoying a long day walking around. Something that should be leisurely and free ends up costing money because only customers can use toilets.
Imagine a mass protest of 1,000+ "pissed-off" citizens . . . synchronized urinating the perimeter of city hall.
