Obama czar proposed government should ‘infiltrate’ social network sites, chat rooms, message boards.

Just prior to his appointment as President Obama’s so-called regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein wrote a lengthy academic papersuggesting the government should “infiltrate” social network websites, chat rooms and message boards.

Such “cognitive infiltration,” Sunstein argued, should be used to enforce a U.S. government ban on “conspiracy theorizing.”

Among the beliefs Sunstein classified as a “conspiracy theory” is advocating that the theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.

The find comes as a government document reportedly relates the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s command center routinely monitors dozens of popular websites, including Facebook, Twitter, Hulu, WikiLeaks and news sites including the Huffington Post and Drudge Report.

@TrappedinaMasonicWorld I will continue to stand up and speak up, and make it easier for others to do so too. Of course there are FBI and CIA agents, and I can be arrested and extradited on grounds of "terrorism" for all of my actions, in particular "environmental" related (environmentalists have been declared terrorists).

So what? If I don't do anything, they continue to put every "thing" on the altar of profit and power, at the expense of inalienable rights of peoples on the entire planet. This goes way beyond US interests only.

Our advantage is that we are less predictable and controllable as we have less attachments and not much to lose.

Comment by Exposure on February 5, 2012 at 5:32am: This is what i wrote over a year ago, - I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Julian Assange [and Bradley Manning] and those working away in organisations such as Anonymous, [though sadly to say, and like other Truth Movements in general, they’ve been infiltrated, as far up as their administrations, - or they were in fact set up as covert ops of ways of gaining intelligence, so therefore have duped a lot of good folk, including me], - for having the balls and conviction for doing what he [they] has [have] done, and continues to do so on humanities behalf.

A common sense question that no one is asking is, why would the government highlight their own vulnerability by people whom no one can even identify?

“The theory of global warming is a deliberate fraud.”
“The view that the Central Intelligence Agency was responsible for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.”
“The 1996 crash of TWA flight 800 was caused by a U.S. military missile.”
“The Trilateral Commission is responsible for important movements of the international economy.”
“That Martin Luther King Jr. was killed by federal agents.”
“The moon landing was staged and never actually occurred.”
