Government Issued Wearables? What’s Wrong With this Picture?

RFK comes to Congress highly recommending that everyone in the US should accept a government issued wearable! Strange that a man who has fought big pharma and big government has all the sudden decided to advocate for another form of big government control. What is a wearable? This is a device that can be attached to the human body like a bracelet, worn in clothing, or as many futurists are pushing for is implanting these wearables in people’s skulls! These wearables are not only bio-metric data collectors measuring heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels, but they will also determine mood, brain condition, and GPS location. With the latest capability of being able to watch a person’s dreams as they sleep, these wearables could conceivably tap into your thoughts!

Are you an undesirable?

Would a government want to go to these extremes in collecting a data base on hundreds of millions of people unless they intended for massive control of the population? Hard to argue over that! In China we have already seen what Communist regime obsessed with limiting human rights can do. Just as with their social credit system, all of your habits, preferences, opinions, and visits to places of business even the kind of people you frequently visit, all recorded and the facts assimilated! Now through that wearable they know who you are even better than you do! How much of your behavior is acceptable according to the government?

What other consequences are there?

If you’re ordering a fried chicken sandwich as MacDonald’s that could cause a spike in your triglycerides, if a large soda could raise your blood sugar levels, maybe your wearable doesn’t allow you to buy the meal or forces an alternative purchase. Remember, according to RFK the government is here to help! They are concerned for your health! Say that you have been caught expressing opinions that the government doesn’t like? Could your bank account be shut down? If you’ve been driving a little too fast would your behavior be considered a threat to other drivers therefore you get a ticket or you are denied driving privilege for a few days? Of course that is if any of us are allowed to drive without a self-driving AI vehicle in the near future!

So, does this mean that all people will always be on their best behavior forced by wearable monitoring to conduct themselves as the government wants? There has been a strong push for implants either somewhere on the body or directly in the skull. Scientists have already predicted that at some point society as a whole will exist on a virtual plane where all citizens must participate or be ostracized from society! A literal Matrix Dystopia will be in existence before too long, and all because the government is there to help!

All of the technology we are talking about has been in existence for some time now! Even behavior modification is possible with implants! Could that reduce human existence to being robotically controlled biological wards of the state? Control, control, control all for our own good! What could possibly go wrong?

Worst case scenario?

In a sense you already have a wearable and haven’t even noticed it! It’s a damn cell phone! It records your whereabouts 24/7. Your online activity, your purchases, your hours awake and sleeping! And here’s another rat in your skull. What if, once everyone has been fitted with their implant, hackers get hold of the codes and backdoors and begin either behavior control or crashing your car against your will, hacking into your bank account, or using AI to generate images of you breaking the law? They could use your brain implant against you and turn your virtual world into a dream nightmare like the movie “Dreamscape” and assassinate you! All because your government is here to help and they want your health monitored!
