    Senser - Eject

Conditioned for the street meat and for the top
told us, sold us, they won't stop.
Put all their piggy-pennies in their piggy-bank so
they can consume you wherever they go.

Talk like a sit-com, eat your "Whopper",
I won't be another "Happy Shopper".

  • DTOM

    Senser - Switch

Well you better step to any shit we're feedin' ya,
'cause you know we ain't needin' ya. Expendable?
    You're about to get it.

Soon there won't be no money to make,
    no lies to fake.
If you can't set it straight
    well then you can't relate
    the lies you swallow
    to rules you follow
    the words so hollow
    so see you tomorrow
    full of sorrow.

Thanks for the adds DTOM and also a thanks for all that have joined the Musicwars group.  I think I'm going to change up the musicplayer in this group soon. I'm still trying to find a playlist that will hold 100 songs or more. The more the merrier I say. Let the music do the talking.....

  • Tara

Thanks for the adds Slm, right on!

  • Tara

Hey, anybody interested in starting an anti-NWO/truth/freedom radio internet show? I'm down for it but I need a partner in crime. We'll also need a techie person to work behind the scenes. Maybe I need to write up a discussion about this soon. If you are interested leave me personal message or a comment here.

  • Tara

Just a heads up, I'm going to post a discussion, possibly more than one soon with all of 12160's bands and music artists featured. We have a lot of talent on the site. If there's anyone else in the musicwars group that has some music of their own to add, please add your music or music vids in the comment section for now or add them later to the comment section of the discussion/discussions in the future. Thanks :)

  • TommyD

alas, I too possess no musical talent

but I do arrange words in such a manner

some may deem poetic and deep

I just type what flows from my mind

and let you think about it...lol

  • Tara

It's all good guys. It's just as important to have appreciation and love for music, especially music that not only makes the spirt, body, heart and mind whirl but also speaks of truth and freedom.

So I'm being a bit ambitious today. I want to start a music radio internet show, get all the great music together from 12160 artists and possibly a CD if I get enough of a response..... who knows? My plate is quite full but I'm hungry, lol.

@Tommy, thanks for your great adds in the musicwars group too friend. You've brought the metal edge back to the site :)

Hey, since both you two have the gift for gab, would you ever be interested in hosting an internet radio show? It would be fun and the chicks would dig ya, ha ha. I'm just kidding of course, it's all in good fun and jest :)

  • TommyD

I have a headset and fast isp

  • Tara

It's all just food for thought at this stage. To get this thing off the ground we would need a plethora of songs, an outline of the radio show, our minds on the music and the music on our minds and our hearts fully engaged in bringing the music revolution to the people.

If you're seriously interested Tommy, send me a message. There's no committments right now. I'm just trying to figure it all out myself.

  • Tara

Man Vince, you're more ambitious than I. I was only thinking one day a week but I'll do two if the moment arises. I've heard you speak on mic before, you're very articulate, informed, educated and have one hell of a radio voice..... smooth. I'd love to work with you :) Anything is possible right?

  • Tara

I love it!!! I've never heard or listened to Jim Ladd before. Thanks for sharing that because the ideas are now rolling around in me ole noggin. We would still need a techie person to help us out with this..... still food for thought.

When I'm in dubstep mode I listen things like to Age of Dub(Ed Solo) when I'm preparing to protest, Bassnectar Love This Way remix when I feel like liking people, Clubroot Orbiting(Or Bassnectar Timestretch) when I want to separate from people, and Ital Tek anything when I want to relax. (Cyclical Tokyo Freeze remix is nice.)

    Going to smoke now.

    Namaste~

One of my current Favorites is "I Want to be a Pirate" by Ed Waters.

I humbly invite you to listen to my own (Spartacus Jones) tunes On Wall Street, Give Me Liberty, Ain't Ya Mad About it Yet? and There'd be Some Changes Made, all available on Facebook and Reverbnation.  Let me know what you think.

    Liberty & Justice,

    sj

  • Tara

Thanks SJ, I will certainly check them out. Do you have links to your Reverbnation page? I don't have a facebook acct. My band (Throwing Stones) also has a reverbnation page. We'll have to befriend each other over there :)

Jackson Browne performs Little Steven's "I Am A Patriot" at the 28th Annual Claremont Folk Music Festival on May 3rd 2008.

And the river opens for the righteous (5 times)
    Someday

I was walking with my brother
And he wondered what's on my mind
I said what I believe in my soul
Ain't what I see with my eyes
And we can't turn our backs this time

    I am a patriot
    And I love my county
Because my country is all I know
I want to be with my family
    People who understand me
I've got nowhere else to go

And the river opens for the righteous
And the river opens for the righteous
And the river opens for the righteous
    Someday

And I was talking with my sister
    She looked so fine
I said, "Baby, what's on your mind?"
She said, "I want to run like the lion
    Released from the cages
    Released from the rages
    Burning in my heart tonight"

    And I ain't no communist
    And I ain't no capitalist
    And I ain't no socialist
    And I ain't no imperialist
    And I ain't no democrat
    So I ain't no republican
    I only know one party
    And it is freedom

    I am, I am, I am
    I am a patriot
    And I love my country
Because my country is all I know

And the river opens for the righteous
And the river opens for the righteous
And the river opens for the righteous
    Someday

And the river opens for the righteous...(repeats)
I want to run like the lion,
    Released from the cages
    Released from the rages
I said what I believe in my soul
It ain't what I see with my eyes
    Someday (repeats)
