It's not cannabis allegedly, but yes, there's a buzz in there. last year, VA passed legalizing growing/selling hemp WITHOUT US GOV"T INTERVENTION!... It's a good thing ;)~
This is selling at the big headshop in Richmond now, no prescrip required, sold as Hemp, it's a plastic jar with 7 grams of stuff w/ 17.66% CBD oil @ under 0.3% delta-9 THC content (Looked just like good bud to me) Sorry, got no pics of actual product, thought i had them on a device sumwhere
