I'm Not so sure about that as the Give Act replaces a lot of the text of the original National And Community Service Act of 1990. So I will be downloading that after I get back from the store and will go over both documents. I was wrong for posting this without verifying it for myself and instead trusted three other sources of this topic. Thank you for the heads up. I already have a digitally signed PDF on the give act. Again thank you and I will pull the video until I compare the documents myself. But that may not be enough as I don't know legalize and that gives different meanings to words that we associate with a given meaning from our education. See examples of Blacks Law Dictionary. I didn't take it personal or as an attack. What I am concerned about is if I knowingly or unknowingly post false data then that discredits all I post. I hope you can see and appreciate my position as all of us as inhabitants of this continent and we all are limited by what scraps of truth can be gleaned from what slips out. As far as the link to someone elses opinion piece is that it and the items I have posted point to section and subsection of the act to make it easier to find in their legalize language. No at this time it does not apply to everyone but to those participating in the volunteer part of the give act. I am just in all this to point out where we all stand in regards to The Law even if it isn't ours anymore. You see I am like you also who like the founding fathers thought limited government was essential for survival of the Republic. But if people go out and protest and claim rights under constitutional law that is in fact not there, but in the Bill of Rights which has been stripped from us. So in closing I am just trying to point out where we all stand on this issue so that no harm or charges come down on anyone thru false belief in a justice system that is only as equal to the amount of money in their pocket. Yes, I also see that it could come to the point that non passive resistance is needed; but critically think on this. Everyone will be pretty much on there own when this comes down except for a small amount of time, the militias. There is no cohesion;logistics;resupply;food;clothes;ammo;spirit de corps. You see I am a vet; and rather than just saying YOU ARE ALL GOING TO DIE; I would rather that people have given some forthought to there goals rather than go out and act on passion. I advocate non-violence. I would upload the entire text of the give act but it is in PDF format that is not supported as I have also tried to upload a patent on the plastic containers that are being discussed about. Yes they are containers for cremation. it is document ID # 17690179 Multi-Functional-Cremation-Container-For-CDC.PDF. Patent # 5,425,163. I think I got this at scribd.com. I would tell everyone to go there as there is a lot of needed material if things hit the fan. I have had things to do today; so I didn't have a chance to find the section that subsection 125 is in but will devote my night and tommorrow to find it. SEC. 1304. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.

Section 125 (42 U.S.C. 12575) is amended to read as follows:

SEC. 125. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.

(a) Prohibited Activities- A participant in an approved national service position under this subtitle may not engage in the following activities:

(1) Attempting to influence legislation.

(2) Organizing or engaging in protests, petitions, boycotts, or strikes.
…

(7) Engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization.

I did a comment to you a short time ago and in reviewing my material that I have posted here; I have to say that now I'm slightly annoyed over this Give Act which don't mean shit to me because I'm more Native than anything else and the sometimes contempt for some people I sometimes can't stop from entering my mind BAM it's just there you know. If you had read my whole blog instead of taking a piece at the start and end; no; instead of reading the whole thing you would have seen in my blog exactly where YOU could have YOURSELF found in any f##king copy from anywhere that you cared to read. Instead we have been shotting comments to each other. YOU are a drain on my psycic energy and I thank you for the lesson you have taught me; But do us both a favor. Unless YOU read all of an article I post, then you have no right to comment and by doing so you sow dissention out when right now we need to be on a higher emotional plain and spiritual plain. Come on Jeff. It has nothing to do with your religion or lack of one or any other factor. We just had a misunderstanding by having a misunderstanding; you have no need to be defensive with me. There have been over 14, 400 terrorist attacks upon other Christian/Judeo countries around the world since 911 by Muslims who claimed they did so in the name of "Allah" refraining from using the word God. The only reason they attacked these innocent people is because they are "infidels". Is that not as prejudcial as you accused me of being?

Traditionally Christians and Jews use the word God--even though Allah is also a word for God. In all our American traditions--the pledge of allegiance, on our money, and in our law the word God is used in reference to the Supreme being from which our "inaliable rights to freedom" inspired the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution. In all those documents there is not one reference to the Supreme Being as "Allah". Do you think, they too are prejudiced?

Consequently even if the term Allah means the same as God--it is not used by most Christian.Judeo societies. It is used by all Muslims. They shout their very prejudice intentions to either murder all infidels or convert them to Islam. How is that for prejudice?

Muslim terrorists around the world are threatening infidels with murder and mayham if they don't accept Sharia laws and convert to Islam. They are demanding that schools rewrite the history books if there are history lessons being taught they take offense to. They are trying to take humanity back to the 11th century, enslave women, and destroy all man has gained in the march of history.

So, in the spirit of wanting to support America and its traditions I separate the word Allah which means God from our traditional way of calling the Supreme Being God. Call me prejudice, racist, or whatever. There are times when the line in the sand must drawn and our loyalties chosen. We are under attack. The attackers are Muslims. I for one choose to defend America and alll its glorious traditions!

Hey Jeff, the answer to your question about where I found the blog "Blackwater, Missing Guns, Afghanistan and South Park?" was perusing Reddit. There's a lot of BS to skim over before you find a nugget or two of great info and articles.

Unfortunately, most redditors are Obamanoids still and are hopelessly stuck in the false left/right paradigm. The tide is starting to change slowly but surely though. I guess there's hope even with a die hard Obamabot. You don't have to be a genious to figure out that he's a sell out. Only time will tell I guess, as most things go.
