From what I know of Judge Napolitano, he would be a great replacement for Scalia. DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH! Neither Obama nor his MASTERS would permit a true Constitutionalist in the Supreme Court UNLESS.... they were blackmailing him, or her, and could control him. Our Congress, president and the courts are operating under our "new" constitution installed in 1913 when the U.S. Constitution of 1789 was replaced with the 1757 Rothschild Constitution: "LET ME ISSUE AND CONTROL A NATION'S MONEY AND I CARE NOT WHO MAKES HER LAWS!" The “operative paradigm” of that “constitution” is BLACKMAIL. That "constitution" has controlled our lives since 1913. That "constitution" is illegal and un-Constitutional BECAUSE OUR CONSTITUTION CANNOT BE AMENDED BY STATUTE! The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 is a STATUTE, an ordinary act of Congress. The constitution of 1789 "CANNOT be amended by an ordinary act of the legislature" and yet, there it stands, corrupted and perverted by the 1757 Rothschild Constitution. Every bit of what has happened to our LIBERTY is, in truth, because we have turned our backs on God! It will not matter who replaces Scalia. NOTHING WILL CHANGE UNLESS AND UNTIL WE RETURN TO GOD; until we return to God's Old World Order. The New World order is satan's theocracy begun in the Garden of Eden. "Separation of church and state" is satan's lie to hide the fact the entire world is a satanic theocracy, and ALWAYS HAS BEEN since our First Parents chose satan as "the god of this world." The Old World Order is God's Theocracy, readily available to all who choose Him as Savior, EVEN THE ROTHSCHILDS!
One can readily see, living as we are in either God’s Theocracy or satan’s theocracy, “atheism,” “agnosticism” and “deism” are simply lies of satan to hide the FACT rejection of Christ automatically defaults to satan worship! There are ONLY TWO CHOICES for this world and for eternity, the SAME TWO CHOICES available in The Garden and for eternity, Christ worship or satan worship, Heaven of hell.
