A federal judge on Friday ruled that President Barack Obama's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) minions after a federal appeals court judge blasted the current policy of not releasing the names and immigration status of illegal aliens arrested for committing felonies and misdemeanors, according to a local newspaper in Manchester, New Hampshire on Saturday.
