The Independence Institute held a press conference on May 17, 2013 announcing the lawsuit against
the new anti-gun bills passed by the Colorado legislature and signed by Governor John
Hickenlooper. The lead attorney is Dave Kopel.

This is a great day for us. I have said for years that the key to stopping these silly Exe Orders / silly new laws born via False Flag events is held by Sheriff's. The sheriff's oath empowers ALL sheriff's to step in and stop things like illegal foreclosures, land and gun grabs. God bless these sheriffs, we are behind you 110%.
