This month, the governor of New Hampshire signed into law legislation that will establish a commission to study the health and environmental effects of 5G technology, officially becoming the first state in the nation to do such a thing. And if New Hampshire can do it, then Michigan can do it too!
Two Emails...
Please email the state House Representative ("lower chamber") and state Senator ("upper chamber") that represents your district, today. Find their contact information HERE.
Below is a sample letter you can use for your correspondence with state legislators, (inspired by 5G Crisis, a project of Americans for Responsible Technology):
Subject: Sample Law to Address 5G Health Concerns
Body: Dear Senator/Representative __________,
I am deeply concerned about the roll-out of 5G technology and the installations of small cell towers (also called DAS towers) throughout our state. Hundreds of peer-reviewed, independent scientific studies indicate that wireless radiation poses a serious risk to our health. Documented diseases from current wireless technology range from neurological problems to reproductive health problems to cancer.
This month, New Hampshire passed a law establishing a commission to study the health and environmental impacts of evolving 5G technology. Michigan must consider doing the same. Here is a New Hampshire-inspired 5G law for your review. Please let me know if you will sponsor this type of legislation to help protect the people of Michigan.
Thank you. I appreciate your attention to this very important public health issue.
Sincerely, ___________

Beginning in May of this year, I've been meeting with legislators in Lansing, discussing a repeal to Michigan's 5G wireless infrastructure laws (formerly SB 637 and SB 894, now Public Acts 365 and 366), placing a moratorium on small cell tower installations until safety is assessed, and more.
The emails you send today will support my lobbying efforts in Lansing. And if you receive a response from any of the legislators, please let me know.
We may want to modify the language of the sample legislation to assure we have a fair commission with absolutely no conflicts of interest.
Also, please let me know if you would like to accompany me at some point when meeting with legislators in Lansing. You wouldn't have to do anything except "show-up." And it's always nice to have company!
Thank you,
Jeanine Susan Deal
