Updated: Friday, November 15 2013, 07:09 AM EST POWELL (Ben Garbarek) -- A 12 year-old boy is nearly electrocuted after unplugging the charger to his iPhone. The boy has serious burns on his chest and neck. His mom said his necklace of St. Patrick touched the charger right as he pulled it out of the wall. "I was talking to him one second," she said. "(Then I'm) hearing him scream the next and (I) would never have thought that his necklace would hit at that moment.
