Kokesh was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and is a veteran of the Iraq War.
Was Adam Civil Rights Taken away by the Feds? Is Adam still alive? Yes. You can find him http://www.bop.gov. He is in contact with his attorney, yet Adam Kokesh has been denied the right to make any phone calls. There was a motion made to the courts to allow Adam the right to at lease one phone call to his father regarding his safety and it has been granted.
Adam is being held at a Philadelphia Federal Detention Center his Register# 69371-006. “The dispatcher informed me Jane Cowley of the Public Affairs Office is the point of contact for this matter. Her number is 215-597-9205.” His Facebook it says, “…they will not tell us why he is locked up but the only thing that we know is he is being locked up for ‘resisting arrest’ that is all that will be confirmed… Adam is allegedly refusing to process for ‘resisting arrest’ and I can confirm he does not have ID with him - Brotha Lucas stated.”
Did the Philadelphia police deny Adam his civil rights?
Or did they act accordingly with the Laws of Philadelphia?
If the state believes a suspect may be involved in certain crimes, including but not limited to: drugs, inside trading, RICO violations, terrorism acts, domestic violence upon someone, they can and will suspend your civil rights prior to any trial.
Does this apply to Adam Kokesh? Is this the America we are now living in today?
Could this be a set-up so officials can delay the pro-gun “Open Carry March on Washington” he has planned for July the 4th? Kokesh hopes the Open Carry March on Washington will bring at least 10,000 protestors to say “we would rather die on our feet than live on our knees”
