Rebekah Brooks, the former CEO of News International has been arrested for a second time ... Brooks and her husband face charges of "conspiring to pervert the course of justice," a crime the Wall Street Journal reports is "roughly equivalent to obstruction of justice in the U.S." The Journal, like News of the World and the Sun, where Brooks used to work, is owned by Murdoch's News Corporation.
