Defense Secretary Leon Panetta appeared at a Senate Armed Services Committee congressional hearing, where he said “legal basis” was needed to initiate a no-fly zone over Syria.
CNN)-- The Pentagon tried to clarify remarks made by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, when he told a Senate committtee on Wednesday that the U.S. military is seeking "permission" from a foreign organization to intervene in Syria.
"He was re-emphasizing the need for an international mandate. We are not ceding U.S. decision-making authority to some foreign body," a defense official told CNN.

The obama regime is eager to surrender US sovereignty to the UN or any nation, or group of nations ,willing to exercise veto power over the American majority. The minority peace-criminals who control America will allow no such oversight over their own behavior and social engineering schemes.
