That is not true. There was no where near 50,000 people. It was at it's peak a couple thousand. I know people that were there and they told me that it was estimated that maybe 3 to 4,000 was the peak showing.
I am sorry I did not know this was a Live Stream Video. It didn'T tell me that when I first clicked it on!! I did see that a few people were arrested for being on the side walk - what ever that means??
Also I watched a few interviews. Good attempt to record what may be apart of history some day!!!
This Video is a strange one, indeed. Why bother printing it if there is no talking or acting. To me it looks like an everyday crowd of people walking about in Toronto. Going to work or to lunch or just out for a walk if unemployeed.
I don't get it. The one I saw about the actuall Wall Street protest was very good!!! All groups chanting their 'sayings or belief''. I have just looked at my computer screen and the video is playing (plugged into head phones), without me turning it on or pushing any buttons..... Totally weird.
I don't know what kind of camera is using, but the microphone is terrible we cannot hear the interview
It is also worth noting that MSNBC characterized the protest as an invasion of the NYC Financial District, which is a very interesting choice of words.
How can citizens invade public property that belongs to their own country?
Well, they can’t. MSNBC would just like to implant subtle language that makes these protesters out to be something other than Americans attempting to get our way of life back in a peaceful manner.
In order to stop Americans from utilizing their right to protest, the police (who, on the whole, protect and serve the elite while they subjugate, dehumanize, exploit and abuse the average citizen) blocked off all of the streets near the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Federal Hall.
