Looks like a "useta was a French Chalet". Would  make a good SHTF "hidey hole". Already has water, cover and concealment plus the advantage of being on historical aerial photos ... which means that its very existence provides no clue to its possible current use. Most likely there is an orchard and some sort of open water nearby, too. I'd like to find something like this not too far from me. It's also big enough to house a small group. Even the middle building, almost hidden by trees and missing its roof, would provide good shelter from the wind for tents and limited exposure to small arms fire. Plus, when time to 'bug out' comes (and it will), there would be a reasonable chance of success due to the lack of side walls and the concealment and cover of the nearby buildings. Only change I'd make would be to plant a lot of thorny bushes scattered around the perimeter and possibly some man traps (ala Vietnam) to slow the advance of opposition forces.
