Along with Bisphenol-A, HFCS, BHT, BHA, ALL preservatives, sugar, wheat, white flour, salt, I could go on but it's senseless because only me and Gary give a shit about what we eat from what I can tell.

Zensaber, today these foods are laden with poisons in the form of preservatives, colorings and additives. The result is chronic disease and it is easily seen in American society.

I honestly wish I kept myself on a diet like that lol. Everything you don't eat is what my family has eaten for centuries. Although I do know milk back in the day wasn't as bad as it is now.

Tough to admit to the telemarketing thing I bet. Pity the fool who calls me at dinner time to sell me something I did not want, need or inquire about.
