Have you had this problem? I go to download my Obama Fascism Joker viral graphic from the internet, and the one that's circulating SUCKS! The white/black levels are all wrong, and when you print it out, the white space is filled in blue? WTF M8? So I took the best one I could find and fixed it in Photoshop. Believe me, brother, this one prints out beautifully. Saves me ink, too.
