Arctic Operations - Commercial, not special ones. I guess the choice for these guys is You either engage in commerce or you miss out. It's a no win situation otherwise. Wonder what Canada will do? would they help their neighbours if say Alaska was suddenly enticed to engaged in economic prosperity. This area might evolve into a major multi shipping lane. ( looks like a lot of ships are due to be built ) No doubt Russia will have full oversight of all operations because they do planes as well and have winter coved. ~ Another song before its time ?
