Here’s the patent. Look at the dates as it works it’s way through the process. First date, November 13 2015! I took this from the a European patent data site.

Now Bob There's nothing to see here. Did you not get the "memo"  this covid thing in so last week, this week them always convenient eveel roooskies are the new BEDTIME STORY to frighten the sheeple so stay skeered cause them nooks can really kill you before you know it. These gubberment guys are so smart they anticipated the pandemic before it even happened is all your chart shows, so you could show a smidgen of gratitude as they were only concerned with our safety.
