Find the exact I/O frequency(s), spread spectrum's,+ channel capacity's these RF repeater amps are using, then one could design a similar device, but it's purpose/design would be simpler. It would just need to be tuned to the frequency(s) that would make these nefarious microwave cookers get knocked out of phase (null or near-null). wouldn't take much to make, could run off very low DC voltage, uses a tiny directional antenna that points at these death-ray machines. If one can get their hands on a schematic of these high-frequency chromosome disrupter's , one could even get more elaborate with the design as to get it to predict/match the constantly changing frequency(s). Current cell repeaters/transmitters will change to a diff frequency if there's a problem getting a "handshake" from the previous transmitted one.

Down sides are that these would have to placed close enough to the offending devices to be effective, which would mean stealth mode placement, and probable discovery of your creation after company headend engineers go nuts trying to resolve why there's comm issues/constant drop outs between them. And also, there would have to be enough built to match the huge amount of these radiation ovens they're going to have to use anyway. The higher the transmitted RF/IF frequency of any device, the shorter the range they can cover, hence, they're going to have to add shitloads more of them to make up for the shorter distance they can transmit between 'em.

Also expect serious penalty or felony laws forbidding any one from tampering with these

Also It would have to take a concerted Mass people effort of cooperation to be effective, and I think we know there's entirely too many phone-addicted sheeple that are:

A.) Clueless

B.) Are already salivating now, waiting for this "New & Improved" form of communication to be implemented because of all the commercial hype.

C.)too confined to their lazyboy's and idiot box's to care

A shotgun would definitely do it but would attract too much attention. Someone with a background in electrical engineering or electronics should be able to come up with a way to fry these things covertly. A tool that would be simple enough to be widely distributed because it is going to take an army of people to take these things out. Hmmm... this seems like a worthy cause to devote some creative energy towards. These things must have a weakness that can be exploited.
