SAN LUIS OBISPO, California -- While driving north on Highway 1, we noticed that someone had spray-painted the word "REVOLT" in bright yellow paint on the exit sign for Camp San Luis Obispo

Oh, um, disregard this. It's not a message of 'revolt', that's his nom de plume. They're (revolt) is from one of the local graffiti 'bomber' gangs, who's leader goes by 'Soak'. Was written up in the campus newspaper today. I also saw another 'revolt' throw-up on some rocks on the hill across the street from Camp San Luis. Sorry for the disappointing news. But I will have the other billboard picture I was talking about up by tomorrow.
