Yip that's right steve - Viktor the chunky dark tabby lives in Russia. Actually he's well known to the police there due to a weight scam he pulled off at one of their airports so it's a good thing they put in on community service. He's taken it so seriously he's become a self appointed informant for the well-being of his neighbourhood.

Hey kea,

What decent moral country are the photos from? Could this possibly be my favorite leaders great moral nation of POOTY POOT land better known as russia. I can't wait for a return to the days of decency roaming and cleaning up here at home, the day is fast approaching where the filth will be flushed and this filth will scurry back to their closets of filth.
