Nah its the politicians and they need to be inmates . Its madness man. I live in giant old house by myself, yet I pay for the whole blocks water I swear. All my neighbors are on welfare and pay nothing, sheet they get paid.

HI Peter thanks as always for posting the interesting stuff. I mentioned here before that where I live, I have to pay for rain water that goes in sewer, based on the square footage of my property. Crazy eh? Have this madness out your way?
