Part of the 68 mil. forcibly displaced people from around the world, I hope phones and cigs are all they bring, If they bring attitude, there's a big problem. My city got served up Somalians and things weren't pleasant for a time. Local gangs stepped in to keep them in line, police seemed to step back, of cause.
