Legend has it that back in 2021 just before a certain Friday a group of scrupulous American patriots approached a regional council in regards to promoting a highly significant and important cultural day that recognised and celebrated early industrial innovation and advancement in American manufacturing throughout the century. Very well known as 'Americana Day', and equal to Thanksgiving or 4th of July. Of cause the occasion in question as one should've known was fantasy and fiction but the council granted permission to display flags for the important day being Friday of the weekend 5th of feb. Coinciding perfectly with a highly important and often sensitive National Holiday which resulted in much confusion, triggered outbursts from the left and a whole lot of laughs for everyone else. (I suspect that one of them may not have been allowed to put a flag stand on the footpath or something like that at an earlier time so I guess it was payback. Leftists have little time for the stars and strips until the flags rein in on their own parade)
