Workers Please read the collective employment contract if you have one, you may be pleasantly surprised. Sunday is a 'Scared Day' so that's double time. And oh yes we are in tomorrow also so that's Time 1.5, And an extra day of leave on top, of cause, being a public holiday. I've now just created the happiest workplace around, as what goes for me, goes for all. It is disappointing though that I need to mention this, due to staff prepared to accept normal pay, to their financal determent. Migrant staff on work visas seldom speak up or realise and young regular staff don't even know what a scared day is. All "days" are Not equal so Make It Known That You Know This workers. Don't work harder, work smarter.
