cheeki - I imagine a container of vegemite, or other varieties of the denser yeast extracts in your neck of the woods could pack a powerful punch if fastballed at the old noggin. Better wear a mask and a helmet!

The violence has actually moved on, from paper to tins (baby milk powder ones and pasta sauce) and fights have broken out, greedy customers and supermarket workers come off second best. front line workers with priority cards who jump the line are not treated well at all either the've found themselves been slagged off and shamed by others waiting in line for not waiting their turn. It can dangerous at the supermarket.
