Insane Clown Posse are officially suing the FBI
On August 24, ICP’s legal team filed a Freedom of Information Act request demanding the FBI release whatever information led the organization to label Juggalos a gang. There’s been no response, so today, the band’s representatives filed suit against the FBI in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan “for its failure to produce any documentary evidence in support of the FBI’s classification of the groups’ fan base.”
The FBI identified the Juggalos as a “hybrid gang” in their “2011 National Gang Threat Assessment” alongside groups like the Latin Kings. The Juggalos “are rapidly expanding into many U.S. communities” and “engage in criminal activity and violence,” the report said.

True, I agree and cashing in at the same time. So what loss?
Call me a pessimist, can't see the FBI (Taxpayers) having to pay ICP anything for their increased fame. Nor any fan being righted for any possible wrong done to them because of their affiliation with the fan base of said group groupie affiliation FFBI :)!

Very interesting post james... gosh. Goes to show you that event a medium such as these two are popular enough to get "branded"! Good for THEM... would be interesting to follow their progress. I can appreicate their creativity and stand. But I know underlying the fbi's corner is the motive to make fools out of them and others who DARE to speak truth. I hope for the best for ICP
